Highland Trekking and Trail Riding is situated in the settlement of Cougie,
ten miles south of Cannich on the perimeter of the
Glen Affric National Nature Reserve.

Pony trekking from Cougie is a wonderful experience for riders of all abilities.

Trek through parts of the Highlands not usually seen, stunning scenery
and total isolation. Take home those photographs of the scenery and
wildlife that your friends who have been coming to Scotland for years
will be envious of.

A large woodland garden with seats and picnic tables may be used by
visitors while waiting for riders to return.

There are low level open or woodland walks where you can try to spot a
crossbill or a goldcrest, crested tits and long tailed tits or look for a variety of
butterflies and dragonflies.

For children there are hens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs to feed.
